To be able to offer you the WhatsApp service, we have commissioned service providers with technical operations management and order management. Incoming user reports are prepared for further processing; in particular, the transmitted user number is anonymized before the report is finally processed.

Further personal data is not required for this service. Should you nevertheless voluntarily transmit personal data to us beyond this (e.g., in the message or during personal contact), we will treat this confidentially and delete it once the purpose no longer applies. Blocking takes the place of deletion if legal or factual obstacles stand in the way (e.g., special retention obligations).

To be able to offer you the service of replying to a WhatsApp message, the service provider used, Whats Broadcast, transmits your mobile phone number to us. You can find their data protection information here: www.whatsbroadcast.com/de/datenschutz/
