Have you forgotten or lost an item on the S-Bahn Munich? Don't despair – in many cases, we can help you.

DB Lost & Found Office Munich Central Station

Please contact the Lost & Found Office at Munich Central Station within 7 days of the loss – found items are stored here for one week.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday, public holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Central DB Lost & Found Service

After 7 days from the loss, please contact the Deutsche Bahn AG Lost & Found Service – found items are stored here according to their retention period.

Some finders do not hand in found items to DB AG, but instead, for example, to the Municipal Lost & Found Office, the Airport Lost & Found Office, or the MVG Lost & Found.
