Although we maintain frequent cleaning intervals, new dirt can sometimes appear after a short time. To remove the dirt more quickly, we appreciate your report via the WhatsApp messenger service.
How it works:
- Send us a WhatsApp message indicating the type of dirt to the number: 0157 923 974 31.
- Important: Please include the unique carriage number of the respective S-Bahn in the message.
- You can also help us locate it by including a photo showing the dirt.

After receiving your message, you will receive direct feedback and confirmation that your report has been forwarded to our cleaning teams.
